Information on selection

G4 (Coarse 65%) class filter captures medium-large sized particles and cleans supplied air from fluffs, some of the pollen, and large dust particles. Much lower pressure drops than of the F7 filter lead the fan of the ventilation unit to use less energy to achieve the same airflow. The filter gets contaminated slower and is used for a longer period. The standard set is recommended for all the regions with the exception of contaminated with PM2.5 particles territories and in case of seasonal allergies to residents.

F7 (ePM1) filters captures:

• PM1 (0.3-1 microns) particles by 70% efficiency,


• 5 (0.3-2.5 microns) particles 80% efficiency,


• PM10 (0.3-10 microns) particles 93% efficiency.

F7 filters clean the supplied air from most of the particles arising from transport, industry, heating, and similar activities. The most polluted areas are near the main roads, industry regions, city centers, etc. Please refer to https://airindex.eea.europa.eu/ for air quality at your location.  Also, such air contamination occurs during the heating season in residential areas where solid fuel, e.g. coal is used for heating. These particles can lead to the formation of smog. Eurovent organization also recommends using F7 filters in case of respiratory deceases such as asthma, seasonal allergies and etc.

Replacement period:

• Replacement period of the air filters depends on ambient air contamination.
